Quick links/ads by google – perhaps it’s worth reviewing them and updating them. Here are some suggestions as a starting point – I think some of the links in the google ads are just companies flogging stuff and maybe it’s worth putting sites that are more relevant and factual.

Page Hits – can we make this only visible at the back end? The page hits is a bit of an old school thing and I think as long as we can track it that’s fine – cleaning that right hand navigation will make the home page look more professional/clean

Use same copy as provided up the top for the welcome note for now and then I think we should do some profiling of the team – Pina should be number one here as the inspiration for the site.

Wow, I have implemented just about all these ideas:-
I.e. adding extra menu tabs,
Adding a blurb on the top of the front page,
All other items including "news" will appear below this,
I have moved the Google adds and am always on the look out for other good quick links
Removed the page hits counter
Removed the "about" button but updated the "contact" page.
