1/2 kg of uncooked medium green prawns, peeled and de-veined
3 medium Calypso™ mangoes cut into 2cm cubes
Marinade:
2 tablespoons fish sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon grated palm sugar or soft brown sugar
Dip:
2 ripe avocados, mashed
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 red chili – deseeded and finely chopped
